Exynos 2200 Promotional Video
Besides the announcement of the Galaxy S22 Series release schedule, Samsung also released an Exynos 2200 promotional video showing the performance of Ray tracing, GPU, CPU, and network connectivity.
The SoC uses a 4nm extreme ultraviolet lithography process and has a built-in AMD RDNA 2 architecture Samsung Xclipse 920 GPU. Samsung Xclipse GPU supports hardware-level ray-tracing function and variable rate shading (VRS) function, which can improve the graphics effect of mobile games and ensure stable frame rate. This chip supports 144Hz screens, as well as HDR10+ certified screens. Video also features some of the recorded images of the game “PUBG: New State”, showing the smooth and fine picture quality.

Samsung Exynos 2200 processor uses the ARMv9 architecture CPU, consisting of one Arm Cortex-X2 core, three Cortex-A710 large cores with balanced performance and efficiency, and four energy-efficient Cortex-A510 small cores.
In addition, the processor’s integrated NPU doubles the performance of the Exynos 2100 and supports FP16 16-bit floating-point operations. In terms of network connectivity, the product supports sub-6GHz and millimeter-wave bands, with a theoretical 5G rate of up to 10Gbps. Exynos 2200 is currently in mass production, and the new Samsung Galaxy S22 Series is expected to be equipped with this SoC.
