Enterprise search shows that named Dingdao Zhixin (名为鼎道智芯), Shanghai, Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established on January 26, with a registered capital of 300 million yuan.
As for the shareholders, the company is 100% owned by Lenovo (Shanghai), and the executive director and legal representative is Jia Zhaohui. The business page shows the business scope includes integrated circuit design, integrated circuit sales, computer software, hardware, and auxiliary equipment retail.
Lenovo’s development of the chip was unearthed in November last year, namely LA2 intelligent embedded controller, and has been used in the Yoga Pro 14s Carbon notebook.
