Google Pixel NotePad Price and Design Animation
In December 2021, OPPO’s first foldable display phone OPPO Find N was released, the folding screen flagship built by OPPO Chief Product Officer Pete Lau. Unlike the foldable display phones on the market, OPPO Find N has an outer screen ratio of 18:9, both the outer and inner screen, Find N is not like remote control, which ensures that users can get the experience of using the flagship than a straight screen.
Now the latest revelations show that Google’s first foldable display phone will also adopt a similar design. Recently, 9to5Google found traces of Google Pixel Fold animation screen in Android 12L Beta2.
On Android 12L Beta2, Google newly added animation, that shows this device supports folding, and whether folded state or unfolded state, the proportion of this device is similar to OPPO Find N, rather than Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 3. According to 9to5Google, Google Pixel Fold codenamed “Pipit”, its internal screen size is rumored to be 7.6 inches, slightly larger than OPPO Find N 7.1 inches, equipped with Tensor SoC.
9to5Google further broke the news that Google’s first folding-screen phone may not be called Pixel Fold but named Pixel Notepad, the price will be lower than expected. According to the report, Google Pixel Notepad may be priced at less than $1,799 (about INR 1,34,800), which will be cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3.
In addition, the news that Google Pixel Notepad’s initial supply is limited may only be listed in the United States, the follow-up will land in other countries and regions. It’s not clear exactly when the phone will be released, but this should indicate that the Pixel foldable could still be in development.
