Honor V Purse Official Now
In a spectacular showcase at the IFA exhibition, Honor CEO George Zhao unveiled the world’s most fashionable foldable phone, the Honor V Purse. Designed with a special dedication to female customers, this outward foldable screen phone has officially been released in its homeland, promising to revolutionize the smartphone market.

George Zhao highlighted a significant trend in the smartphone industry. In 2021, global shipments of folding-screen cell phones exceeded 9 million, making up 4% of the high-end market. He projected that by 2027, folding screen shipments would surpass 100 million, capturing a remarkable 39% of the high-end market. He emphasized that the thin and light design of folding screens would be the key technological driver in breaking the boundaries between folding and traditional candy bar phones.

The Honor V Purse is a testament to innovation in design and technology. It shatters the records for thinness with a folded state thickness of just 8.6mm and an unfolded state thickness of only 4.3mm, weighing a mere 214 grams. This achievement sets a new standard for the industry, achieving a sleeker and lighter experience.
The phone’s butterfly wing hinge, with a thickness as thin as 2.98mm, incorporates high-end watch technology. The self-researched hairspring structure demonstrates a 400% increase in contraction strength, with minimal crease change even after 200,000 times of folding. The device’s ultra-long battery life, featuring a 4500mAh Qinghai Lake dual battery as thin as 2.3mm, supports 35W fast charging and boasts Swiss SGS folding screen double five-star certification for durability.

The Honor V Purse introduces a unique external folding screen form known as the “Honor 3D full view screen.” It allows the front, back, and sides of the screen to display independently as three zones. Users can customize their experience by changing wallpapers, stickers, straps, and other elements to complete their fashion statement.
Furthermore, Honor draws inspiration from the fashion world, transforming the V Purse into a wearable fashion wallet. Users can personalize their devices with various belts, chains, and accessories, turning them into an indispensable part of their fashion life.

Under the hood, the Honor V Purse is powered by a Snapdragon 778G processor, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 flash memory. It features a stunning 7.71-inch 2348×2016 OLED foldable screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, a 1.07-billion-color display, and 2160Hz PWM dimming. The device’s imaging capabilities are equally impressive, with an 8MP front camera and a rear setup consisting of a 50MP primary and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera.
The Honor V Purse is available in two variants: the 16GB + 256GB version priced at 5999 yuan and the 16GB + 512GB version priced at 6599 yuan. A limited pre-sale will begin at 9:00 p.m. tonight, with the official sale commencing on September 26th.
In conclusion, the Honor V Purse represents a remarkable fusion of technology and fashion, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of smartphones. With its emphasis on thinness, style, personalization, and performance, it sets a new standard for foldable phones, offering a glimpse into the future of mobile technology.
