Although distinct in appearance, this design choice remains functional and intriguing. Additionally, the display is fortified with Huawei’s second-generation Kunlun glass, enhancing its ruggedness and resistance to accidental falls.

The rear camera system comprises a versatile 50-megapixel ultra-light-variable camera (F1.4~F4.0 aperture, OIS optical stabilization), a 12-megapixel (F2.2) ultra-wide angle camera, and a 48-megapixel (F3.0, OIS) ultra-macro telephoto camera.

This combination ensures a wide range of photography possibilities, with features such as optical image stabilization (OIS), autofocus, and the remarkable capability to support up to 3.5x optical zoom and an astounding 100x digital zoom. On the front, a 13-megapixel (F2.4) ultra-wide-angle camera and a 3D deep-sensing camera contribute to high-quality selfies and advanced facial recognition.
Powering the Mate60 Pro is a substantial 5000mAh battery, which can be charged using a variety of methods. The device supports 88W wired fast charging, 50W wireless fast charging, and 20W wireless reverse charging. This array of charging options ensures flexibility and convenience for users with varying needs. It offers four color schemes to choose from: Black, Green, White Silver, and Purple.

The smartphone is factory pre-installed with HarmonyOS 4.0, Huawei’s proprietary operating system. A unique feature of the Mate60 Pro is its capability to make and receive satellite phone calls, catering to users in remote or challenging network conditions. The device is also designed with Huawei’s Xuanwu architecture, comprising a three-layered protection system that enhances reliability and security.

The Mate60 Pro offers multiple storage options, with variants providing 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage. It features 12GB of standard RAM and utilizes a USB Type-C interface with USB 3.1 Gen1 and support for DP1.2. The device measures 163.65mm in length, 79mm in width, and has a thickness of 8.1mm.
