Tecno Phantom V Flip Renderings Exposure
Earlier this year, Tecno took a step into the world of foldable smartphones with the launch of the Phantom V Fold. This marked their debut in the horizontal foldable phone segment, aligning with the trend set by other prominent smartphone manufacturers. What sets the Phantom V Fold apart is its affordability, boasting a price tag of just 90,000 rupees.
Building on this momentum, Tecno’s innovation continued with the news of another foldable display phone in their lineup – the Tecno Phantom V Flip. Unlike its horizontal counterpart, the Phantom V Flip adopts a vertical folding design. Although not officially confirmed, the rumored vertical foldable is expected to be named the Tecno Phantom V Flip or Tecno Phantom V Yoga.
Recent developments have further substantiated these speculations, as alleged Tecno Phantom V Flip renderings surfaced on the internet. These renderings hint at an intriguing design approach. Unlike other foldable phones that typically place the camera and secondary display separately, Tecno seems to have taken a different route. The leaked images suggest that the back screen of the product has been seamlessly integrated into the camera module. This integration is distinctive, with the screen encircled by the camera lens ring, making it an easily recognizable feature of the device.
According to the latest rumors, the Tecno Phantom V Flip is rumored to sport a 6.9-inch AMOLED internal display with a resolution of 2640×1080 pixels. Additionally, the device is said to feature a smaller 1.32-inch AMOLED external display, boasting a resolution of 466×466 pixels. Under the hood, the Phantom V Flip is reported to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8050 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The camera setup of the Phantom V Flip is expected to consist of a 64-megapixel primary rear camera and a 13-megapixel secondary rear camera, promising photography enthusiasts a decent range of options. On the front, a 32-megapixel front-facing lens is likely to cater to the selfie needs of users.
Battery capacity is a crucial aspect of any smartphone, and Tecno seems to have addressed this with the Phantom V Flip. The device will reportedly feature two built-in batteries – a 1,165 mAh unit and a larger 2,735 mAh unit. This dual-battery configuration aims to offer a total battery capacity of around 3,900 mAh, ensuring that users can stay connected and productive throughout the day.
In terms of color options, the Tecno Phantom V Flip is expected to be available in three choices: black, white, and purple. While the device’s official launch and availability details are yet to be confirmed by Tecno, the rumored specifications and renderings have generated significant excitement among tech enthusiasts and consumers alike.
