SK Hynix’s LPDDR5T Memory on Dimensity 9300

The partnership between SK Hynix and MediaTek bore fruit in February 2023, when SK Hynix provided samples of its LPDDR5T memory for rigorous testing. MediaTek’s next-generation Dimensity flagship chipset, a key component of their renowned Dimensity Platform series of mobile Application Processors (APs), was put through its paces in performance tests. The LPDDR5T memory showcased its prowess by enabling the chipset to operate at a blazingly fast speed of 9.6Gbps, marking an industry-first achievement.
JC Hsu, Corporate Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Wireless Communications Business Unit at MediaTek, emphasized the significance of this achievement.
