Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra Battery
Samsung fans have reason to be excited as details of the upcoming flagship Galaxy S24 series have started to surface. Recently, the Galaxy S24 Plus made an appearance on the Geekbench database, giving us a glimpse of its powerhouse performance featuring an unreleased Snapdragon 8 Gen3 chipset.
Not stopping there, the Galaxy S24 Plus and S24 Ultra have also been spotted in the TUV certification database, revealing their battery capacities. The S24 Plus boasts a 4,755 mAh rated battery with the model number EB-BS926ABY. While the battery capacity has seen a slight improvement over the previous generation.

On the other hand, the Galaxy S24 Ultra retains its predecessor’s battery capacity, boasting a 4,855 mAh rated battery with the EB-BS928ABY model number. While there isn’t an increase in capacity, the Ultra variant is expected to deliver impressive battery life, thanks to Samsung’s optimizations and energy-efficient technologies.
Additionally, renowned leaker Ice Universe has shared predictions about the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s build. The Ultra model may be equipped with a titanium alloy frame, marking a departure from the more common stainless steel or aluminum alloy frames.
Titanium alloys offer a higher strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring a robust build without adding unnecessary weight. However, it’s worth noting that this upgrade may come at a cost, as titanium alloys are significantly more expensive than aluminum alloys. As such, Samsung is likely to test this premium feature exclusively on its flagship Galaxy S24 Ultra model.
