DJI OSMO Action 4 Design Unveiled
Renowned tech leaker Roland Quandt has recently shared an intriguing picture that has sent waves of excitement through the photography and videography community. The image showcased the latest creation from DJI – the DJI OSMO Action 4, a sports camera that promises groundbreaking advancements in image quality and performance.

The most striking revelation in the leaked picture is the new sensor housed within the camera module. The DJI OSMO Action 4 boasts an impressive 1/1.3-inch CMOS image sensor, a notable upgrade from its predecessor’s 1/1.7-inch CMOS. This larger sensor size allows for improved light intake, leading to enhanced details even in low-light conditions and reduced noise levels.
The lens attached to the camera module features a respectable f/2.8 aperture, further enhancing its low-light capabilities. What’s even more exciting is the camera’s remarkable 155° field of view, allowing users to capture the widest shots with ease.
Videographers will be delighted to know that the DJI OSMO Action 4 is expected to support 4K video recording at an impressive 120fps, enabling stunning 4K slow-motion footage. The addition of 10-bit support and D-Log M will provide creators with greater color depth and dynamic range, giving their footage a more cinematic look.
Built to withstand the rigors of adventure, the DJI OSMO Action 4 offers exceptional durability with its 18 meters waterproofing capability. Furthermore, portability is key for sports cameras, and the DJI OSMO Action 4 strikes the perfect balance. With a weight of approximately 145 grams, this camera is remarkably lightweight and easy to carry around.
