Xiaomi CIVI 3’s Dual Front Cameras
Xiaomi continues to generate excitement with the unveiling of the Xiaomi Civi 3, and today, through an official microblog post, the company revealed even more thrilling features. Among the notable highlights, the smartphone boasts an impressively sleek and lightweight design. Weighing a mere 173.5g and measuring a mere 7.56mm in thickness, it’s remarkable how Xiaomi has managed to create such a slender device, with a narrow width of only 71.7mm.
In addition to its slim and lightweight body, the Xiaomi Civi 3 also brings substantial upgrades to its selfie capabilities. Featuring two 32-megapixel cameras housed within a pill-shaped cut-out on the front, this smartphone stands as Xiaomi’s most powerful offering for capturing self-portraits to date.
One of the 32MP cameras has been enhanced to deliver distortion-free portrait selfies with a wide 78° field of view. The other camera has been upgraded to support 4K HD recording, boasting an impressive 100° ultra-wide angle coverage. This combination ensures that users can capture stunning selfies and record high-quality videos with ease.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi Civi 3 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultra chip, marking the first time this chip is being utilized in a Xiaomi device. This chipset integrates seamlessly with Xiaomi’s imaging technology, providing enhanced performance and efficiency. The rear main camera of the Civi 3 utilizes the Sony IMX8xx sensor and features optical image stabilization (OIS), enabling users to capture sharp and stable photos and videos.
