Vivo X Flip Official Now
Vivo, a Chinese smartphone manufacturer, has recently launched a new foldable phone, the Vivo X Flip, which is equipped with a vertical foldable screen. Along with the previously discussed Vivo X Fold 2, Vivo X Flip completes Vivo’s lineup of foldable devices.
The inner screen of the Vivo X Flip measures 6.74 inches when opened, and supports a high refresh rate of 120Hz. The outer screen, on the other hand, measures 3.0 inches and has a refresh rate of 60Hz. The inner screen is made of Schott UTG ultra-thin glass and the outer screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7.
The phone features a rear dual-camera lens combination, including a 50MP large base main camera and a 12MP ultra-wide angle camera. The front camera is 32 megapixels and supports various modes like beautification and HDR.
Vivo X Flip offers a unique hovering feature that allows users to free their hands during online meetings and video calls. Users can also open the calendar mode and check time and notifications without having to touch the phone. Additionally, the phone includes a soft light makeup mirror function that allows female users to take pictures anytime and anywhere.
The Vivo X Flip is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor, which provides fast and smooth performance. The phone is equipped with a 4400mAh battery that supports 44W flash charging, providing a longer-lasting battery life.
The phone also includes 14 high-precision intelligent temperature controllers, a flexible cross-axis graphene heat sink layer, a Z-axis linear motor, and various sensors like a gravity sensor, ambient light sensor, distance sensor, electronic compass, gyroscope, rear color temperature sensor, and laser focus sensor.
The Vivo X Flip’s exterior design is also noteworthy, featuring a classic diamond lattice texture, quilting-like curve, three-dimensional leather process, wear-resistant and dirt-resistant nano-coating, spatial satin texture, and crystal diamond cut texture. The phone is available in three colorways: diamond purple, black, and silk gold. The purple version has a different process, making it slightly different in size and thickness, with a weight of 198g compared to the 199g weight of the black and silk gold versions.
The Vivo X Flip is priced at 5999 yuan for the 12GB + 256GB version and 6699 yuan for the 12GB + 512GB version, making it a premium phone that caters to users who value innovative features and cutting-edge technology.
