iQOO Neo8 Pro AnTuTu Benchmark
iQOO, a sub-brand of Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo, is set to launch its latest smartphone series – the iQOO Neo8 series. The iQOO Neo8 series is expected to be a significant upgrade over its predecessors, with new features such as the debut of MediaTek’s new flagship SoC Dimensity 9200+ with the Pro version.
According to reports, the iQOO Neo8 Pro has been benchmarked through AnTuTu Benchmark, revealing impressive scores. The total score of the V2302A model reached 1368597 points, with the CPU scoring 298850 points, GPU scoring 594203 points, MEM scoring 263503 points, and UX scoring 212041 points.

This performance is due to the use of the new MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC, which is still a triple-cluster architecture design. The SoC includes one Cortex X3 mega-core, three Cortex A715 large cores, and four Cortex A510 small cores, along with the Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU.
The iQOO Neo8 series will launch with two models – the iQOO Neo8 and iQOO Neo8 Pro. The iQOO Neo8 will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 platform, while the iQOO Neo8 Pro will be equipped with the Dimensity 9200+ platform. Both models will feature a 1.5K display and a 1/1.5-inch 50-megapixel primary camera. Additionally, both models will come with up to 16GB LPDDR5X and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.
According to sources, the iQOO Neo8 series will be released in May, with MediaTek holding a new conference. The iQOO Neo8 Pro or Vivo X90 Plus is expected to be the first smartphone to carry the new Dimensity 9200+ SoC.
