OPPO Pad 2 Renderings and Specifications
OPPO is set to unveil its latest tablet offering, the OPPO Pad 2, on March 21 along with the much-anticipated OPPO Find X6 series. The tablet boasts a 7:5 ratio golden book-like screen with high-definition, high brush, and high color accuracy, which is a flagship feature of the device. It supports both horizontal and vertical screen displays and comes in black and gold colorways.
Recent leaks revealed the tablet’s actual specs, including its 11.61-inch 2.8K LCD screen with a resolution of 2800 × 2000 and 144Hz refresh rate. The screen boasts color accuracy of ΔE < 2 and supports 1.07 billion colors, as well as a Dolby Vision display. The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chip and comes with a 9500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
In addition, the OPPO Pad 2 also supports a rear-centered camera and comes with new accessories such as a smart touch keyboard and a stylus. The front of the tablet features an 8-megapixel lens, while the rear camera has a 13-megapixel lens. It also comes with Type-C support, pre-installed Android 13-based ColorOS 13.1, and maximum storage support of up to 512GB.
The tablet’s narrow bezel design and large lens module at the back, which looks a bit abrupt, also caught the attention of some bloggers who were able to get a sneak peek at the device. Nevertheless, overall, the tablet looks impressive and boasts enough performance with the Dimensity 9000 chip to cater to the needs of tablet users.
The OPPO Pad 2 is expected to be available in gold and black, offered in a competitive price range. With its powerful specs and sleek design, the OPPO Pad 2 is poised to compete with other flagship tablets in the market.
