Samsung Galaxy S23 Series Official Now

Samsung has recently launched its new generation Samsung Galaxy S23 series, which includes three versions – S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra. All three versions come with a custom Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor and pre-installed Android 13 with OneUI 5.1 (changelog).

The Galaxy S23 Ultra is the high-end model in the series and comes with an upgraded processor and camera. The front of the device features a 6.8-inch centered punch-hole full-screen display with Dynamic AMOLED 2X technology and a curved design. The resolution is 3088 x 1440 and it has a peak brightness of 1750nits, with a 120Hz refresh rate that can be adjusted as low as 1Hz.

The rear camera is a quad-camera setup, with the main camera upgraded to a 200-megapixel Samsung S5KHP2 sensor with a 1/1.3-inch sensor, F1.7 aperture, 0.6-micron single pixel size, and 16-in-1 pixel support. The front camera has been changed from a 40MP Samsung S5KGH1 to a 12MP Samsung S5K3LU, with F2.2 aperture, AI object recognition, and improved stability for night selfies.

The Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus have a similar configuration, with the main difference being the size. The Galaxy S23 has a 6.1-inch front display and the Galaxy S23 Plus has a 6.6-inch front display. Both devices have a triple-camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens, with up to 30x digital zoom.

The Galaxy S23 comes with a built-in 3900mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging, while the Galaxy S23 Plus has a built-in 4700mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging. Check full specifications here.

The Galaxy S23 series will be available starting February 17th, with the Galaxy S23 starting at USD 1199, the S23 Plus starting at 999 USD, and the S23 Ultra starting at 799 USD.
