The certification also disclosed Galaxy S23 Ultra’s full specifications in advance. The machine will be the first exclusive high-frequency version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 using the same four-cluster architecture design, consisting of a very large core Cortex-X3 with 3.36GHz and GPU frequency upgraded from 680MHz to 719MHz.

In terms of display, the Galaxy S23 Ultra uses a 6.8-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 3088 × 1440p, a 12-megapixel front lens, and four rear cameras, respectively 200MP + 108MP, 12MP + 12MP dual telephoto supporting 10x optical zoom.
