Samsung Making Larger Flip5 Sub-screen
In the folding screen phone market, only a few manufacturers have launched a folding screen phone using the upper and lower folding scheme, but unlike Huawei and Moto, Samsung’s focus has never been on how to reduce the screen crease, but from the news exposed today, Samsung is also going to start solving the screen crease problem.
According to DSCC analyst Ross Young, Samsung’s next generation of folding screen phone Galaxy Z Flip5 will be equipped with a larger sub-display, compared to the current Flip4 on the 1.9-inch sub-screen, Flip5 sub-screen size will be increased to 3.3 to 3.4 inches.
Most importantly, Samsung may use a new hinge design on the Galaxy Z Flip5, thus reducing the visibility of the seams, and the internal screen will also be upgraded to reduce creases.
