Apple Working on xrOS
The controversy surrounding headset devices has never stopped, whether headset devices are the leader of the future of technology or a dream of the technology circle in name only, has been debated in the market, but the recent exposure of Apple’s new operating system “xrOS” may indicate Apple’s attitude towards this issue.

According to Bloomberg, Apple will soon launch the “xrOS” system for AR/VR devices, and the previously rumored names “realityOS” or “rOS” have been abandoned.
The xrOS evolved from iOS, specifically for AR/VR devices, and there is a special application store like other Apple devices, but there is no news on how many actual applications can be found in the pre-store.
Interestingly, a shell company called Deep Dive LLC has registered the name “xrOS” in several countries, and it’s not certain if Apple is behind this, as there have been several naming disputes between Apple and other companies.
According to rumors, Apple is currently developing at least three AR and VR headset devices, with development code names “N301″, “N421”, and “N602”.
