Peak Brightness of Galaxy S23 Ultra
In the first quarter of next year, Samsung will launch new members of the Galaxy S series flagship – Galaxy S23 Series. As usual, it will bring three versions – Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Although their months left before the release, today Sammobile spotted a report that claims the peak brightness of Galaxy S23 Ultra will reach 2200 nits, which is 200 nits higher than the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

The source further stated that the max brightness is 2150 nits, while the minimum/maximum is 2100/2200; and this number might be changed at launch due to further adjustments.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to feature E6 material Super AMOLED display with LTPO 3.0 technology. In addition Galaxy, S23 Ultra also improved PWM dimming, which is close to 2000Hz, still slightly lower than the BOE Q9 screen 2160MHz.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra will still feature a 120Hz refresh rate, but Samsung may bring tougher screen protection, possibly with a new version of Corning’s Gorilla Glass, with protection closer to Apple’s Sapphire Glass. S23 Series may also feature a new glass cover for the rear camera, which could significantly improve image quality in low-light conditions.
Configuration, Samsung Galaxy S23 series of cell phones will be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor, previously used Samsung’s own Exynos processor will be down to the mid-range models, which is also the first time in recent years, Samsung’s entire S series market using Snapdragon processor.
