Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G Specifications
After the launch of the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 flagship mobile platform, today Qualcomm officially released the successor of Snapdragon 778G/778G Plus – the Snapdragon 782G with SM7325-AF model number, which will debut with Honor 80.

Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 782G is built using a 6nm process, 8-core CPU design, CPU combination is 1 × 2.7GHz Cortex-A78 + 3 × 2.2GHz Cortex-A78 + 4 × 1.9GHz Cortex A55, and GPU is Adreno 642L. Among them, Kryo 670 mega core frequency increased to 2.7GHz. Officially, the CPU performance is increased by 5% and GPU performance is increased by 10%.
For the rest of the peripheral support, the Snapdragon 782G is essentially the same as the older processor, with support for Quick Charge 4+, as well as the same fused AI architecture, the same Qualcomm Spectra ISP image processing support, up to 200MP sensors, and support for triple cameras working simultaneously.
Snapdragon 782G supports HDR10+ video recording, Bluetooth 5.2, 120fps slow motion video recording, etc. In addition, it improves 5G connectivity with X53 baseband providing a peak download speed of 3.7Gbps.
Additionally, it features 1080p @ 144Hz screen, UFS 3.1 flash memory, and Wi-Fi 6/6E. Of course, the previous generation Snapdragon 778G/778G+ performed well in terms of battery life and heat, and the Snapdragon 782G with no major architecture changes is expected to continue its good reputation.
