MIUI14 is Most Streamlined And Lightweight
Since 2010, when the first version of MIUI was launched, MIUI has been known for its functionality and comprehensiveness, and despite being criticized for many bugs now, it still has its unique competitiveness.
The latest MIUI 13 has been released for nearly a year now, plus the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 release is also called out after the Xiaomi 13 Series, MIUI 14 what exactly is like, has become a problem in the minds of many people.
This afternoon, Xiaomi product director, and MIUI experience chief Xiaofan said, “In the past year, the entire team put their heads to work and launched a big new plan. MIUI14, which will soon be available to everyone, is a start. First of all, one of the goals of MIUI14 is to be the most streamlined and lightweight flagship mobile system.”

Although it is one of the few systems that can remove built-in music and video apps, it is really hard to link streamlining and lightness to MIUI in the eyes of users who are familiar with it, so it seems that the changes to MIUI are not small this time.
It is worth mentioning that in October this year, some developers found in the MIUI code, codenamed “Fuxi” Xiaomi 13 and “Nuwa” Xiaomi 13 Pro began to run MIUI14 system testing. This also means that Xiaomi 13 series may be the first to carry MIUI 14.
It is reported that MIUI 14 will be based on the underlying development of Android 13. Previously, some bloggers speculated that MIUI 14 will focus on three major features: no ads, no pre-installation, and no push.
Another point worth noting is that MIUI 14 is starting to warm up, so is it time for Xiaomi’s new phone to start warming up too?
