Black Shark Snapdragon 8 Plus Powered Gaming Phone
On Snapdragon Night 2022 of May 20, Qualcomm launched a new generation flagship chipset – Snapdragon 8 Plus, which replaced for TSMC 4nm process and improved CPU and GPU performance. It has caused major smartphone manufacturers to compete for the first time, which includes the gaming phone brand Black Shark.
Today, the well-known Weibo blogger Digital Chat Station exposed some specific information on the configuration of the new Black Shark gaming phone. According to the claim, it will feature Snapdragon 8 Plus.
Besides the most powerful chipset in Android smartphones, Black Shark will also feature a 2K resolution screen on the front, a dual-cell 4790mAh battery, and support for the new 100-watt flash charging solution.
In contrast, the Black Shark 5 Pro currently on sale features a 6.67-inch OLED flexible straight screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz and a resolution of 2400×1080, powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor, and 4650mAh battery.
Black Shark’s new gaming phone will be available in the second quarter of this year, counting the fastest until July, when it will also be time for the new Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen1 war.
