OPPO Reno8 Series Official Now
On the evening of May 23, OPPO officially released its OPPO Reno8 series, focusing on imaging capabilities. The series contains three new models, Reno8, Reno8 Pro, and Reno8 Pro+, configuration with the positioning of the upgrade, the shape of the design language is the same, are right-angle bezel design.

First look at Reno8, the front of the 6.43-inch OLED straight screen with the upper left corner of the hole, support for 90Hz refresh rate, support for environmental adaptive dimming, the front 32-megapixel super-sensitive cat’s eye lens, self-research algorithm written into the sensor logic layer, so that the light-sensitive ability to improve, noise effectively reduced, and improve dark light.

Core configuration, OPPO Reno8 equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor, the first in China, TSMC 6nm process, battery 4500mAh, support 80W wired fast charging rear 50-megapixel large base main camera + 2-megapixel macro + 2 megapixel black and white lens.
Then is the world’s first Snapdragon 7 Gen1 powered Reno8 Pro, front with a 6.62-inch screen, support for 120Hz refresh rate, local peak brightness of up to 1300 nits, the front for 32 megapixels super-sensitive cat’s eye lens.

In terms of parameters, Snapdragon 7 Gen1 is built with a 4nm process, CPU architecture upgrade, consisting of one 2.4GHz A710 mega core + three 2.36GHz A710 large cores + four 1.8GHz A510 small cores, GPU integrated Adreno 662, GPU graphics rendering speed increased by 20% compared to Snapdragon 778G.
At the same time, the machine is also equipped with OPPO’s chip MariSilicon X imaging NPU, with up to 18 TOPS AI arithmetic power, energy efficiency ratio of 11.6 TOPS/W, bringing 20-bit Ultra HDR capabilities.

The rear camera is a 50-megapixel wide-angle main camera (IMX766) 1/1.56 inch light-sensitive area, complemented by an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens + 2-megapixel macro lens, thanks to MariSilicon X and dual-core portrait photography system, Reno8 Pro achieves AI noise reduction in 4K night video.
Reno8 Pro has a built-in 4500mAh battery, supports 80W super flash charging, which can be charged to 45% in 10 minutes, and supports a battery intelligent health engine, which claims that the battery loss is only 20% in 4 years of use.
Then look at the series configuration of the most powerful Reno8 Pro+, equipped with the Dimensity 8100-MAX processor, also equipped with OPPO’s chip MariSilicon X, the first time and MediaTek platform for connectivity, support chip-level 4K ultra-clear night video, while doing night faster image formation and 38.7% higher film completion rate.

In addition, OPPO put noise reduction and HDR fusion calculation in the lossless RAW domain for processing, able to retain 30% more picture information, so that the image quality has been improved even more.

In other aspects, OPPO Reno8 Pro+ with 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED flexible straight screen, battery capacity of 4500mAh, and support 80W wired flash charging.

The three new models are all factory pre-installed with the ColorOS 12.1 operating system, which can customize the AI scheduling model unique to the user based on application usage habits and other data to improve the smoothness of the entire machine, which is officially claimed to be still smooth after 36 months.
