Qualcomm, for its part, has officially announced that it will hold a Snapdragon Night on May 20, when it will launch a new mobile platform, most likely Snapdragon 8 Gen1 Plus, which will become the standard for flagship phones in the second half of the year.
According to the news, Xiaomi, Black Shark, OPPO, OnePlus, Realme, iQOO, Motorola, and other major cell phone brands will launch models equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 Plus platform.
This afternoon, Xiaomi’s three new models entered the network, model 2203121C (L1), 2206123SC (L3S), and 2206122SC (L2S), respectively, through the radio approval.
Among them, L1 corresponds to what should be Xiaomi 12 Ultra. And it will bring epic enhancements in performance, photography, and other aspects, making it one of the top Android flagships. It is expected to cooperate with Leica and debut the new Sony CMOS.
L3S and L2S are expected to correspond to the Xiaomi 12S series, which was revealed earlier this month, the core configuration is also equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 Plus, it seems that Xiaomi will launch several flagship models in the second half of the year.
And it should be noted that the Xiaomi 12S series code had previously appeared showing Dimensity 9000, meaning that the series may also have a Dimensity version, the parameters are expected to be the same as the Snapdragon version, only the core is different.
