ZTE Axon 40 series has been officially announced, equipped with an under-screen camera with breakthrough technology. Previously it was reported that the ZTE Axon 40 series will be released in coming weeks endorsed by Wu Jing, and debuting two technologies.

Today, a Weibo blogger shared an Axon 40 real-life picture, from which you can see the screen effect of the machine, the under-screen front camera is not visible at all under the oblique angle.

The source said that the forehead of the ZTE Axon 40 under-screen version is very narrow and visually borderless, plus the front camera is completely invisible and the whole visual effect is pulled full.

As we all know, the under-screen camera technology has been mass-produced commercially, like the ZTE Axon 30 under-screen version, ZTE A20 5G, and RedMagic 7 Pro, all of which use the under-screen camera solution, and these phones are FHD+ resolution.

Unlike these under-screen camera phones, the ZTE Axon 40 series has a higher screen resolution, which will be the industry’s first high-resolution under-screen camera flagship.

It is worth noting that the high resolution here is not 2K resolution, but a custom resolution between 2K and 1080P, which is more detailed and has a better display than the 1080P under-screen camera technology currently on the market.

Furthermore, Axon 40 also comes with a high-frequency PWM dimming for domestic screens, which seems to be the technology to be debuted in the Axon 40 series.
