According to previous breaking news, Vivo X80 will be equipped with a rear three camera-lens combination, respectively 50MP main camera (IMX866, micro cloud Taiwan anti-shake) + 12MP super wide-angle + 12MP portrait telephoto (2X light variation).

It is reported that the Sony IMX866 is designed with RGBW and has a large native 16:11 1/1.49 inch area, which enables greater light intake in low brightness environments such as night scenes and improves night shooting performance.

In addition to the stack on the lens, the X80 series is also equipped with Vivo’s self-developed V1+ image chip, which can coordinate and use with the ISP in the SoC to enhance the imaging algorithm end together to achieve the effect of 1+1>2.

The Vivo X80 Pro is a bit more aggressive, with a 50MP Samsung GNV 1/1.3″ f/1.57 main camera, a 48MP IMX598 1/2″ ultra-wide angle, and a 12MP IMX663 1/2.9″ 2X micro cloud stage portrait and an 8MP Hi847 5X periscopic telephoto.

The X80 series seems to be more powerful than the X Note and X Fold in terms of camera configuration, so look forward to the real camera’s imaging performance.
