Honor Magic 4 Series Debut Globally
At MWC 2022, Honor Magic 4 Series was officially unveiled, which is the most powerful flagship phone of Honor so far. The biggest attractions of the machine are the camera and wireless fast charging.
The series contains Honor Magic 4 and Magic 4 Pro, the shape of the continuation of the previous generation design language, the front for the large curvature screen, dug hole design, the back for the round camera layout, officially called the “The Eye Of Muse”.
The biggest upgrade in the series, including Honor Magic 4 with 6.81-inch centered single-hole curved screen, resolution of 2664 × 1224, support for 120Hz LTPO screen refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, support for 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
Magic 4 Pro is a quad-curved OLED screen, the same size as the standard version, dual-hole design, support for 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 10bit color depth, dual-hole for 3D face recognition, and front camera.
At the same time this screen has 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut, 1000 nits peak brightness, support Motion-Sync technology, built-in independent MEMC chip, support IP68 level dust and water resistance.
Core configuration, the series is equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor, with LPDDR5 memory + UFS 3.1 flash memory, the standard version of a 4800mAh battery, 66W wired charging, does not support wireless charging; Pro is to support 100W wired and 100W wireless charging, battery capacity of 4600mAh.
Heat dissipation, the Honor Magic4 Series using the third generation of graphene technology – superconducting hexagonal crystal graphene, thermal conductivity than the first generation of graphene improved by 50%.
Camera, Honor Magic 4 Series using the rear three-camera program, including the standard version of the rear for 50MP wide-angle main camera IMX766 + 50MP ultra-wide angle + 8MP periscope telephoto, support 5 times optical zoom, 50 times digital zoom.
Honor Magic 4 Pro has a 50MP main camera (7P) + 50MP ultra-wide angle (1/2.5″,122°) + 64MP periscopic telephoto on the rear, supporting 3.5x optical zoom, 100x digital zoom, and includes an 8×8 dToF laser focus sensor and Flicker sensor.
It also debuts 4K 60fps 10bit-log movie mode and joins hands with Hollywood’s professional imaging team to carefully modulate multiple cinematic 3D LUTs, mapping and transforming based on the original material’s color to tune out richer tones.
In terms of other aspects, the series also has OS Turbo X + GPU Turbo X technology, Qualcomm’s ultrasonic fingerprint unlocking solution, and other features.
Finally, the price, Honor Magic4 is priced from 899 euros; Honor Magic4 Pro is priced from 1099 euros, in different countries and regions of the market time will vary.
