Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2022
Dohyun Kim Twitter user shared many details about the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series; all of which were taken from Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event preview. According to Dohyun Kim, all of the screenshots posted below are directly from Samsung.
There have been a large number of marketing materials, the latest of which reveals the regional availability of Snapdragon 8 Gen1 and Exynos 2200 models. For the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, Samsung will sell the Galaxy S22 with the chip in North America, China, Japan, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Korea’s home market. On the other hand, the Exynos 2200 model will be sold in Europe, CIS, Southwest Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
According to this, the Galaxy Tab S8 series will come in the form of three tablets, namely the Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. All models will also be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen1.
The images also reveal several unknown features about the Galaxy Tab S8 series, including a 2.8-millisecond reduction in S Pen latency for the Galaxy Tab S8+ and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. In comparison, the Galaxy Tab S8 still has an S Pen latency of 6.2 milliseconds.
