OnePlus Nord 2T Specifications
With the Dimensity series of chips, MediaTek has become one of the world’s top chip suppliers and released its latest Dimensity 9000 flagship processor.
Today, well-known tipster OnLeaks broke the news while sharing OnePlus Nord 2T specifications, that MediaTek has another SoC yet to be announced, named Dimensity 1300, which is said to be benchmarked against the Snapdragon 870.
The news said that MediaTek’s Dimensity 1300 is an upgraded version of Dimensity 1200, which can also be seen from the naming, and may be carried by OnePlus Nord 2T first. It is said that the Dimensity 1300 will be mass-produced commercially in the first half of this year.
As for the OnePlus Nord 2T specifications, it has FHD+ (2400 × 1080p) AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, support for 80W wired fast charging same as OnePlus 10 Pro, equipped with 6GB/8GB + 128GB/256GB storage, and running on OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12.
In terms of camera, OnePlus Nord 2T will feature a triple rear camera combining 50MP main camera + 8MP ultra-wide-angle + 2MP monochrome sensor on rear and 32MP front facing camera. Battery capacity is said to be 4500mAh, and the launch is expected in February.
In addition to the reported Dimensity 1300, MediaTek also has a Dimensity 8000 processor, built by TSMC’s 5nm process, which should be positioned a bit higher than the Dimensity 1300, which focuses on the mid-range price segment.
