Recently, a new RedMagic model NX679J passed the MIIT certification, and some of the parameters and document photos came out with it.
As shown in the picture, the RedMagic 7 ID continues the design language of its predecessor, with a no-dig screen on the front, a front camera integrated into the upper bezel, a bar-shaped camera layout on the back, a redesigned body pattern, and still retaining the shoulder key on the side.
Specifications-wise, RedMagic 7 will be equipped with a 6.8-inch OLED screen, body measurements are 170.57 × 78.33 × 9.5mm, weight 215g, battery capacity of 4500mAh, rear 64MP triple cameras. According to the 3C certification, the RedMagic 7 maximum charging power can reach 20v 8.25A, that is, 165W fast charging, but the specific support is not sure yet, just the charger power.
In addition, the RedMagic has always been the main heat dissipation, the RedMagic 7 is expected to support active air cooling, a small built-in fan, compared to passive cooling has better cooling efficiency.
It is worth noting that the official claim that “RedMagic 7 is the first gaming phone equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 platform”, considering that the Lenovo Legion Y90 gaming phone, which is also equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen1, has started to warm up, RedMagic 7 is expected to be officially announced soon.
