Huawei Mate 50 Expected in July

Derek Yu, president of Huawei’s consumer business in Central and Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, and the Canadian region, has revealed that the Huawei Mate 50 series will be unveiled in 2022, and will be released in the form of a global launch, and equipped with the HarmonyOS system.

This is an official admission, after a malicious rumor of not releasing the Mate 50 and sending the P60 phone. When it comes to how flagship phones will develop in the European market in the future, Derek Yu previously said that Huawei will continue to invest in flagship phones, especially foldable screens, and of course the Mate and P series. He revealed that the Shanghai R&D center is working on 5G chip solutions and that Huawei’s flagship phone support for 5G will return one day.

According to the new report, HarmonyOS 3.0 will be released in the official version around July according to the planned cycle, of course, do not rule out the first step in the flagship new product launch at the end of the second quarter. The flagship new product here is probably the Mate 50 series.
