12bit Xiaomi 12 Display Provided by TCL China Star
Earlier, Digital Chat Station revealed that Xiaomi 12 display is provided by TCL China Star (TCL Huaxing photoelectric) and Xiaomi 12 Pro display comes from Samsung’s factory.
The report today varified by the official. TCL China Star said, Xiaomi 12 release is imminent, its configuration has been exposed in advance. Among them, the screen is TCL China Star’s exclusive supply of high-precision AMOLED flexible screens.
According to the introduction, TCL provides this 6.28-inch AMOLED flexible screen, with 12bit color depth, high contrast ratio, etc. In terms of shape, the extremely narrow bezel with a slight curved left and right, high screen-to-body ratio; the camera is centered in the front perforated design, using a very small aperture.
According to TCL Huaxing, the screen also has a high refresh rate of 120Hz, equipped with a DC dimming solution, produced by the TCL T4 production line. At present, the first phase of the TCL Huaxing T4 project is in full production, the second phase is climbing, the third phase is completed, and is expected to reach the design capacity of 45,000 large boards per month this year, which means that it can meet the demand for flexible screens for more than 8 million cell phones.
