In terms of specifications, the CPU part of the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 still adopts the triple-cluster architecture, including a 3.05GHz Cortex-X2 mega-core, three 2.85GHz Cortex-A710 large cores, and four 1.8GHz Cortex-A510 small cores.

In terms of cache, the X2 core has 2MB of L2 cache, the large core has 512KB of L2 cache, and the small core has 256KB of L2 cache, while also providing 8MB of tertiary cache and 6MB of system cache.
