Microsoft Surface Duo 2 Renderings
The recent leaks suggest that the successor of Surface Duo, Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is in work. Earlier Youtuber also designs the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 showing a more prominent camera module than the previous generation, optimizing some of the criticisms of the previous generation.
Recently, WindowsUnited has released Microsoft Surface Duo 2 renderings crafted by Jonas Deahnert highlighting its design in more detail. It’s worth mentioning that the camera module on the back of the device is so large that it can no longer be folded 360° like its predecessor, so it may be awkward to use as a one-handed device.
According to several reports, Microsoft has started developing the next-generation Surface Duo codenamed “Zeta” and will be released in 2021, Microsoft has made some improvements to the Surface Duo 2’s camera. At the same time, Microsoft is also developing other Surface products and is expected to launch Surface Pro 8 and other products in October/November of this year.
It is said that Surface Duo 2 may come with 2021 flagship phone specifications, including Snapdragon 888 processor, 5G, and NFC support. According to the renderings, Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a triple rear camera design, including ultra-wide-angle, telephoto, and main camera. In addition, it may feature a frosted glass design and be available in white and black. In addition, Microsoft may integrate the fingerprint into the power button, and the USB-C port is placed in the middle of the right side.
