Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and Flip3 Display and Camera Specs
Samsung official announcement will be held on the 11th August conference, officially releasing Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Flip3 series of foldable display phones. Both Galaxy Z Flip3 and Fold3 will support IPX8 level dust and water resistance, which is indeed a bit of black technology for a folding display phone.
Recently, Evan Blass further uncovered the core specifications of both foldable phones. According to Evan Blass, Galaxy Z Fold3 front camera will only have 4 megapixels, is expected to use the way the under-screen camera. The reduction in the number of pixels is expected to be aimed at reducing the impact of the under-screen front camera on the display and making it as trace-free as possible. Evan Blass also claimed that the Galaxy Z Fold3 will offer two S-Pen stylus options, divided into a Pro version and a Fold version. According to 91mobiles, Samsung will launch a protective case for the Galaxy Z Fold3 that will have a slot to store the stylus. 91mobiles has obtained renders of the Samsung S Pen case for the Galaxy Z Fold3, which confirm the Galaxy Fold3’s S-Pen support and also reveal Samsung’s S-Pen case for the smartphone.
As seen in the images, the design of the S-Pen case for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 is very similar to the folio-style cases for other smartphones. The Samsung S-Pen case will clip onto the backside of the Galaxy Z Fold3 and extend towards the front with a flip-up cover to protect the device’s external display.
The case’s S-Pen slot is placed to protect the foldable part of the smartphone’s hinge, and the S-Pen slot appears to be made of a rigid material with a smooth surface so that users can easily remove the stylus and put it back into the case. However, this makes the phone look bulky.
The Samsung S Pen case for the Galaxy Z Fold3 appears to be made of leather. The images show the pen case in black, however, Samsung may release other colors of the Samsung S Pen case as well.
