Apple Beats Studio Buds True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earphones

Apple-owned brand Beats officially released Beats Studio Buds’ true wireless noise-canceling earphones. The product features a sleek, lightweight, and comfortable design with IPX4 level sweat and water resistance, as well as excellent active noise cancellation and pass-through mode.

The Apple Beats Studio Buds will be available for order on July 2 (depending on market) in black, white, and Beats Classic Red for Apple and Android devices for 149.99 USD (about 10,990 INR).

Officials say the headphones have been carefully designed with details to optimize sound quality, comfort, and durability. The ergonomic design of the headphone housing weighs just 5 grams per earbud and comes standard with three sizes of silicone earbud covers for a comfortable feel.

In terms of sound quality and noise cancellation, the headphones feature a proprietary 8.2mm dual-element diaphragm driver with a rigid piston in the middle and a flexible surround on the outside for powerful, balanced sound.

Combined with the dual-chamber acoustic design, Beats Studio Buds deliver excellent stereo separation and low harmonic distortion across the frequency curve. In addition, for Apple Music users, Beats Studio Buds automatically play spatial audio from available tracks mixed with Dolby Atmos, giving users multidimensional sound and clear sound quality.

The earphones support Active Noise Cancellation technology, which uses real-time adaptive gain control to block out unwanted outside noise, including wind noise. To ensure that playback remains clear when active noise cancellation is enabled, it uses an algorithm that corrects and cleans up sound-damaging artifacts at a rate of 48,000 times per second while monitoring the source file.

When you need to hear the sound around you, press and hold the (b) button to easily switch to pass-through mode. The outward-facing microphone mixes the ambient sound coming back with the music the user is listening to, creating a natural listening experience. During phone calls, the dual beamforming microphones lock in the sound and filter out wind and outside noise for clearer speech.

For connectivity and control, Beats Studio Buds support easy one-touch pairing of Apple and Android devices, and the two earbuds can be used independently of each other. Both Android and iOS users can switch between listening modes, check battery levels, and receive firmware updates directly on their devices, and it also supports voice assistant functionality for convenience and ease of use.

The earbuds offer up to 8 hours of listening time, and the charging case supports two additional charges for up to 24 hours of playback time when combined. With active noise cancellation or pass-through mode on, listening time can be up to 5 hours and with the charging case up to 15 hours. If extra power is needed, the battery can be charged in 5 minutes with Fast charging technology for 1 hour of continuous playback when the battery is low.

Additionally, Beats Studio Buds supports the “Find” feature on Apple devices. By using the last known location (when paired via Bluetooth) or playing sound (when nearby), you can easily find your lost earbuds.

Other features include IPX4 sweat and water resistance, soft silicone earbuds in three sizes (small, medium, or large), support for Apple and Android phones, and support for Siri by voice or keypress.
