Snapdragon 888 Pro Geekbench Performance
Snapdragon 888 is the standard for Android flagships in the first half of this year, and now a more powerful cell phone chip than Snapdragon 888 has appeared on a Geekbench performance test site.
Today, a mysterious device called Qualcomm Lahaina appeared on the GeekBench performance test site. The single-core score and a multi-core score of this device are not much different from the Snapdragon 888 model, but the CPU’s main frequency has been increased to 3.0GHz, while Snapdragon 888 maximum frequency is 2.84GHz.
It was rumored that Qualcomm would release an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 888 chip in the second half of the year, possibly named Snapdragon 888 Pro or Plus.
Like the Snapdragon 888, the Snapdragon 888 Pro also has a triple-cluster architecture of mega-core, large-core, and small-core, with a maximum CPU frequency of one 3.0GHz, 3 cores with 2.42GHz, and four cores with 1.8GHz.
Snapdragon 888 Pro Geekbench score for a single core is 1171 points and multi-core performance score reached 3704 points. According to Qualcomm’s previous product layout, Snapdragon 888 Pro will be the standard for the Android flagship camp in the second half of the year, and the GPU performance is also expected to improve, which will also be the strongest 5G mobile chip in the Android camp.
