This year the gaming phone industry is more lively than in previous years, Redmi killed this market and brought the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition.
In contrast to the competition, the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition not only has strong performance and a no-frills look, but it also achieves a thin and light design, making it the thinnest gaming phone this year with a thickness of 8.3mm thick and 205g in weight.
But that record is about to be broken, as today Nubia RedMagic announced that it will release the RedMagic 6R on May 27, which will be the thinnest gaming flagship this year.
According to the parameters given by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the RedMagic 6R is only 7.8mm thick and weighs only 186g. It uses a punch-hole screen solution with FHD+ resolution, OLED material, and a screen size of 6.67 inches.
Previously a model NX666J ZTE new machine through 3C certification, showing that it is equipped with a maximum support 55W charger, some sources say that the machine corresponds to is the RedMagic 6R.
The documentary photos show that the front of the machine is centered on the perforated screen solution, the back is biased towards mainstream phones, rectangular camera layout, the back cover has no light bands and other decorations, only the RedMagic logo.
The RedMagic 6R is thinner and lighter than the RedMagic 6 gaming phone, but the battery capacity is 4200mAh (the RedMagic 6 has a battery capacity of 4500mAh).
In terms of configuration, sources say the RedMagic 6R is equipped with a Snapdragon 888 processor, offers 6GB/8GB/12GB of memory, and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage versions to choose from. In addition, the side of the machine seems to retain the touch shoulder key, which is quite practical for a gaming phone.
