Recently, Vivo Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. disclosed a patent with the public number is CN112711301A for “foldable electronic device”, the patent abstract shows: the foldable electronic device includes a shell and a display installed on the shell, one side of the shell is provided with a non-display area, the non-display area is installed with functional devices, one end of the display is fixedly connected to the other side of the shell, the other end of the display is slidingly connected to the shell; in the folded electronic device in the folded state, the functional devices are exposed to the display; in the folded electronic device in the unfolded state, the functional devices are obscured by the display.
The patent abstract points out that one end of the display is fixed to the shell and the other end is slidingly connected to the shell, to adjust the relative relationship between the display and the non-display area in the process of folding the display so that the functional devices are exposed in the folded state and the functional devices are obscured by the display in the unfolded state, to widen the coverage area of the display and realize a true full-screen and meet the user’s needs in reading, gaming, and video scenarios.
