Huawei nova 8 Pro 4G, Mate X2 4G, and Mate 40 Pro 4G

In recent time, Huawei released Nova 8 Series, Mate 40 Series, and Huawei Mate X2 foldable phone, all are 5G connected. Now Huawei unveiling 4G versions of them including Huawei Mate 40 Pro 4G, Huawei Mate X2 4G, and Huawei Nova 8 Pro 4G.

Huawei Nova 8 Pro 4G

Huawei Nova 8 Pro 4G version listed on the official website, with Provence, Yijing forest, 8 color, and bright black four colorways. The specifications page shows that Huawei Nova 8 Pro 4G version is still equipped with Kirin 985 chip, except that it does not support the 5G network, other performance configurations are the same as the 5G version.

The chip is built with a 7nm process and has a 1+3+4 CPU architecture with 1xA76 2.58GHz large core, 3xA76 2.4GHz medium core, 4xA55 1.84Hz small core, and integrated 8-core Mali-G77. Huawei Nova 8 Pro features a 6.72-inch dual perforated ring screen with an 80-degree screen bezel curvature and supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch adoption rate.

In terms of photography, the camera is equipped with a front Vlog video dual-lens, 32MP ultra-wide angle video lens + 16MP portrait lens. The rear 64MP main camera + 8MP super wide-angle + 2MP + 2MP quad camera, support handheld super night scene, front and rear dual scene video 2.0.

Huawei Mate 40 Pro 4G

Counting the Mate 40 series that have been on sale, there are several models such as Mate 40E, Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro, Mate 40 Pro+, and Mate 40 RS Porsche Design. Now the official website has once again shelved a Huawei Mate 40 Pro 4G, also available in five colorways.

Although it is the 4G version, the machine is still equipped with the Kirin 9000 processor, which is expected to be cut from the 5G baseband, and some users speculate that the lack of components is related to the recent ban restrictions faced by Huawei. Other configurations are basically the same as the 5G version, with a 6.76-inch OLED full-screen, a 4400mAh battery, and support for 66W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.

The information given on the official website shows that the 4G version of the Mate X2 and the 5G version are the same as the 5G version, except for the difference in the network standard, and the other is the same as the 5G version, in fact, even the processor is also Kirin 9000, but it no longer supports the 5G network, the screen battery and fast charging are the same as the 5G version.

The price and timing of all 4G versions have not yet been announced on the official website, but it is conceivable that it is bound to be a bit cheaper than the 5G version, and will be unveiled soon.
