ZTE will launch three series of Snapdragon 888 models this year, including the ZTE AXON 30 Series, RedMagic 6 series, and Nubia Z series. The first two have been released, but the Nubia is now looking forward to the next Snapdragon 888 phone. According to relevant news, this model doesn’t belong to the Z series. Speculating from appearance, it carrying ZTE Axon30 Series design language, but not Axon Series as RedMagic logo printed on the back.
Specifications-wise Nubia NX666J carrying rear quad-camera set-up: could be three 64 megapixel’s camera + 8 megapixel’s auxiliary camera, and in front centered punch-hole 8MP or equivalent to 16MP. Equipped with 6GB, 8GB, 12GB RAM and 128GB, 256GB, 512GB internal storage capacity. The device measures 163.04 × 75.34 × 8.20(mm) and weighs 186.41 grams, built-in battery 4100mAh.
It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 with 1×2.84GHz Cortex X1 core + 3×2.4GHz Cortex A78 core + 4×1.8GHz Cortex A55 core, GPU Adreno 660, X60 5G modem baseband, support WiFi 6E, is currently Qualcomm’s most powerful cell phone chip.
It is worth mentioning that Ni Fei, president of ZTE’s terminal business unit and president of Nubia Technologies Limited, recently revealed the imminent arrival of the Nubia Z series, but the blog post was subsequently deleted.
