Gaming Phone Legion 2 Pro Hardware
Officially, Lenovo Legion 2 Pro Gaming Phone new product launch will be held on April 8 at 19:30 (in China), now Lenovo once again for the machine to do warm-up publicity. As a new generation of Lenovo’s gaming phone, the Legion 2 Pro has a Snapdragon 888 flagship processor in addition to a pop-up full-screen solution, making it the first Snapdragon 888 flagship with a pop-up screen in China.
Not only that, but the Lenovo Legion 2 Pro Gaming Phone is very different from traditional mainstream phones in terms of design, and today announced that the machine will be equipped with next-generation mid-architecture 2.0, with better thermal design, symmetrical layout, industry top frontal dual speakers, 1.6CC cavity, industry-unique dual X-axis linear motor.
The next-generation mid-range architecture is somewhat similar to the front engine and mid-engine in a car. Most traditional mainstream phones use an I- or L-shaped structure, placing the battery on the left, right, or below, and stacking the hardware in the rest of the space.
The Lenovo Legion, however, puts the hardware stack in the middle of the phone, using the industry’s first horizontal dual battery and TSI Frostbite cooling, among other structures. The benefit of this design is that it further optimizes the heat dissipation structure from the core area of the center hardware and conducts heat to both sides simultaneously.
Furthermore, previously Lenovo announced that the main camera is the latest flagship 1/1.32-inch large bottom sensor OV64A, with 64MP effective pixels, a 44MP front-facing center lens, and the world’s first dual vortex fan super liquid integrated cooling system. The real machine of Legion 2 Pro looks gorgeous in leaked live photos.
Chen Jin, general manager of Lenovo’s cell phone business in China, said that our ability to tune Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 stands alone and the new flagship Lenovo Legion gaming phone may be the strongest, most innovative, and coolest gaming phone in the universe.
