What is computational photography?
Computational Photography, which refers to the fact that in today’s (smartphone) photography process, the photos taken are usually generated based on big data, AI, and other new technological means to calculate various parameters. The process of generating this photo combines a variety of hardware and software technologies, and at the moment of pressing the shutter, a variety of complex calculations are carried out behind the scenes at the same time. Apple and Google have already had the use of the technology. This time, Xiaomi will also bring their own “growth” photography camera.
For photo performance, the Snapdragon 888’s Spectra ISP, which we have described in detail before. It supports faster billion-pixel processing, enabling users to capture photos and videos at 2.7 billion pixels per second – 120 frames per second and 12 megapixels per frame – a 35 percent increase in processing speed compared to the previous generation platform. According to previous reports, Xiaomi also working on a self-developed ISP.
Xiaomi 11 LPDDR5 6400Mbps RAM
Xiaomi also announced the official equipment of two Xiaomi 11 heavyweight technology, respectively, an LPDDR5 memory, the first Wi-Fi 6E. Xiaomi 11 WiFi 6 Enhanced Edition

The 1024QAM of the WiFi 6 era was already very dense, and the 4096QAM used in WiFi 6 Enhanced is much denser, with a 20% increase in throughput over 1024QAM. Simply put, 1024QAM is like a truck carrying up to 1 ton of cargo, while 4096QAM is a truck that can carry 1.2 tons of cargo, which can transport 20% more cargo in a single trip on the same freight path.
WiFi 6 Enhanced: Bandwidth Up to 160MHz, “Wider lanes” doublethe speed

Of course, it’s not enough for Xiaomi 11 to support WiFi 6 Enhanced, it also needs the best partner: a new router AX6000 that supports WiFi 6 Enhanced Edition. Just like the Xiaomi router AX3600 released at the same venue as the Xiaomi 10 launch that supports WiFi 6. A new router will also be released at the launch on December 28, which will be the first high-end router that can squeeze Xiaomi 11 WiFi performance, also supporting 4096QAM and 160MHz bandwidth.
