Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Full Specifications
Earlier, Samsung Exynos officially announced that the new Exynos will be released on January 12, 2021. Previously there was news that the flagship processor to be released by Samsung is none other than the Exynos 2100 SoC, which will be carried by the new Galaxy S21 Series.
From the information that has been revealed, Samsung Exynos 2100 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, the same 5nm process, while using the 1+3+4 8-core triple-cluster architecture design, will be 2.9GHz mega-core, 2.8Ghz large core and 2.4GHz small core, the GPU is Mali-G78 MC14, which will have significantly better power control than Exynos 990.
Yesterday, Qualcomm officially announced the scores of the Snapdragon 888 5G mobile platform, with a Geekbench score of 1135 for single-core and 3794 for multi-core. Previously, the Exynos 2100 version of the Galaxy S21 Ultra had a GeekBench runtime score of 1006 points for the single-core test and 3059 points for the multi-core test.
Although the Exynos 2100 running score is slightly inferior to the Snapdragon 888, considering that the Galaxy S21 Ultra is still an engineering machine, the current running score is not the real level.
It is understood that the Samsung Galaxy S21 series is launched in different regions with different processor versions, in addition to Samsung’s own Exynos 2100 processor, there will also be equipped with Qualcomm’s latest flagship processor Snapdragon 888 version.
The new machine’s release time is approaching, and the Internet is flooded with information about the three new machines. Recently, WinFuture exposed Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra full specifications in detail.
In Europe, the Galaxy S21 Ultra phone uses the unannounced Exynos 2100 and comes standard with 12GB of RAM and storage starting at 128GB, with 256GB and 512GB versions available, offering support for microSD. Notably, the Galaxy S21 Ultra packs a 5000mAh battery with wireless charging and 45W fast wired charging support.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with thin bezels and curved edges on both sides. But those curves themselves are said to be small, and the panel is close to flat. The display supports Quad-HD+ resolution (3200x1440p) with a pixel density of 515 pixels per inch, while the brightness can reach up to 1600 nits. Besides, the screen supports the LTPO 120Hz variable refresh rate technology. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, the seventh generation of Gorilla Glass, and also supports the S Pen.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also hosts a powerful imaging system. It includes a 108-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization and an f/1.8 aperture. The 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera supports a 120-degree field of view and an f/2.2 aperture, without OIS. The latter includes a 10MP f/2.4 telephoto camera with a 3x hybrid zoom and a 10MP f/4.9 sensor with 10x hybrid zoom. Both have OIS capabilities, and the data from both sensors is said to enable 100x spatial zoom.

In terms of pricing, according to the Phonearena’s report, Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB price is 879 euros, Galaxy S21+ 5G 128GB at 1079 euros and Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 128GB is 1399 euros. That pricing may vary from country to country and region to region, but most of the time the European price is equal to the U.S. selling price, while other markets specifically depend on local taxes.
