As we know, apart from Snapdragon 888 processor Samsung S21 Series will also be equipped with Exynos 2100 homemade SoC in the market. Recently model number SM-G998B Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra appeared on Geekbench, revealing information on the processor and RAM of the machine.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will be equipped with Exynos 2100 chipset, also, the Geekbench listing shows that the Galaxy S21 Ultra model will come with 12GB of RAM and Android 11 operating system.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 12GB RAM model scored 1006 and 3059 points in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. These scores are in line with expectations for a flagship device and are very similar to the Geekbench scores recorded by the Exynos 2100-powered Samsung Galaxy S21+. However, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset-powered Samsung Galaxy S21+ model scored higher in both the single-core and multi-core tests.

In terms of design, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will look similar to the S21 and S21+, which will feature a central perforated display with very slim bezels all around. The screen size is expected to be between 6.7 to 6.9 inches, with an AMOLED panel and a high refresh rate screen. The rear camera module in one corner of the body will be large and may house four camera sensors. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra may come with two telephoto lenses, but nothing of this can be confirmed yet.
