The new generation of Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra has been certified by ANATEL in Brazil, which is the same level as the FCC and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in China reported by Tecnoblog. The three new devices are SM-G991B/DS, SM-G996B/DS, and SM-G998B/DS, which are Samsung’s Exynos-powered Galaxy S21 series.

Although the certification documents don’t reveal too many details about the three models, they do confirm that Samsung will still launch three models next year, as well as their battery sizes. It’s worth mentioning that the certification documents indicate that all three new Galaxy S21 models will no longer come with a charger or earphones.
As we all know, Apple launched the iPhone 12 series in October this year with an accessory that did not include a power adapter and will also remove the charger head for older models.
Rumors also indicated that Samsung is also recently considering whether or not to eliminate the charger that comes with the device. From the Brazilian market’s point of view, the Galaxy S21 will probably no longer come with a charger.

According to the FCC certification information, the Samsung Galaxy S21 supports 25W wired charging and also supports 9W reverse wireless charging, which doubles the speed of the Galaxy S20. The FCC certification information also mentions the EP-TA800 charger, but it’s not sure if the charger will be included with the new phone.
FCC further mention details including the chipset confirms SM8350, the Snapdragon 888, the frequency band supports 5G millimeter wave, other wireless technologies, such as NFC, Wi-Fi 6. The next battery model is the EB-BG991ABY, which has a capacity of 4000mAh, the same as the S20. The travel charger is the EP-TA800, a 25-watt UBS-C fast charger.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is expected to support the S Pen, but it is still unknown if it will offer a pen slot. The Samsung Galaxy S21 series is expected to be launched in January next year, with the Snapdragon 888 or Exynos 2100 (Market dependent).
