MediaTek MT6893 6nm SoC Specifications
After entering the 5G era, MediaTek’s presence has increased dramatically, and the Dimensity series of chips have been instrumental. MediaTek expects to ship more than 45 million 5G processors this year. Currently, MediaTek’s high-end flagship SoC is the Dimensity 1000 Plus, and related terminals are coming to market; As the company prepares a new SoC to take over the position of the Dimensity 1000+.
According to a Weibo blogger Digital Chat Station, MediaTek has at least three 6nm SoCs, including the MT6893, which was first released by TSMC, and MediaTek MT6893 6nm SoC specifications were given in detail. According to the leak, the MT6893 CPU is composed of one 3.0GHz A78 super core + three 2.6GHz A78 large cores + four 2.0GHz A55 small cores, and the GPU is Mali-G77, which is stacked to nine cores.
Based on the specs, MediaTek’s SoC will probably score over 600,000 points AnTuTu Benchmark, surpassing the Dimensity 1000+ and the Snapdragon 865, which is yet to be proven. Although, the name of this SoC is not known yet.
