Huawei Nova 8 SE Rendering and Specifications
In addition to the Mate 40 series, Huawei will soon be updating its Nova line, mainly for the younger crowd, which is said to be released in November. According to the law of naming iterations, Huawei’s nova series should be named Nova 8, containing at least three models, respectively, Nova 8 SE, Nova 8, Nova 8 Pro, with varying configurations.
This morning, Weibo blogger Digital Chat Station exposed a detailed configuration of the Huawei Nova 8 SE, showing that it is not powered by a Kirin chip, but by MediaTek Dimensity. The leak claims that the Huawei nova 8 SE features a 6.53-inch OLED screen with a 60Hz refresh rate, a body thickness of 7.46mm, and a weight of 178g. The machine comes standard with Dimensity 720, high Dimensity 800U, battery capacity of 3800mAh, support 66W wired fast charging, and Mate 40 series of the same charging power.
After revealing the detailed configuration of the Huawei Nova 8 SE earlier, the source has also revealed the rendering of the device. The Huawei nova8 SE features a 6.53-inch OLED teardrop display and a 64-megapixel matrix quad-camera on the rear. The blogger claims that the back panel is nearly 2D in curvature, features a right-angled bezel design, and focuses on thin and light appearance. As for the Nova 8 and Nova 8 Pro, they are said to use a 120Hz high refresh rate display and are the first models in the Nova series to support a high refresh rate display.
