Redmi Note 10 Pro will Feature 108MP Lens and Snapdragon 750G

Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10

There are several new models announced this month, known to include the Realme Q2 series, the iPhone 12 series, the OnePlus 8T, the Huawei Mate 40 series, and many more. At this point, Xiaomi will naturally not lag and will release Redmi Note 10 Pro and Note 10 this month.

Although Xiaomi did not reveal that it is going to release a new phone this month, it is not hard to guess from the caliber of Lu Weibing and Redmi product director Wang Teng that Redmi is going to release a new phone this month.

Today blogger Digital Chat Station revealed the new Redmi Note 10 series, including two models, one with a single punch-hole LCD screen + MediaTek Dimensity 720 + 48 megapixels, and one with a single punch-hole LCD screen + Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G + 108-megapixel lens.

From the specs, it’s easy to see that the MediaTek Dimensity 720 version should correspond to the Redmi Note 10, and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G version should correspond to the Redmi Note 10 Pro.

The Snapdragon 750G is Qualcomm’s new 7-series Snapdragon processor, based on the 8nm process, with a CPU consisting of two A77 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six 1.8GHz A55s, and an Adreno 619 GPU with integrated Snapdragon X52 baseband and support for dual-mode 5G networking.

The most eye-catching of course is the 108-megapixel main camera, and if the rumors are true, the Redmi Note 10 Pro will be Redmi’s first new mid-range 108-megapixel device. It’s unclear which 108-megapixel sensor will be used, but Samsung recently announced a mid-range-oriented HM2 sensor (0.7μm, 1/1.52-inch, 2.1μm equivalent), which the Redmi Note 10 Pro is expected to carry.

The model number M2007J17C has now been approved for certification, and it’s said to have more than just a 108-megapixel main shooter, with telephoto and macro lenses also not missing. In terms of price, in line with Redmi’s philosophy of extreme price/performance ratio, the Note 10 series is expected to be positioned at 14,000 to 16,000 INR.
