Apple A14 Specifications

The A13 Bionic processor used in the current iPhone 11 and iPad Pro is a 7nm process, integrated 8.5 billion transistors, 6-core CPU, 4-core GPU, integrated Neural computing engine, which is often said to be the AI core, AI computing power reached 1 trillion times.

On the A14 Bionic, the CPU is still 2 big cores + 4 small cores, but with 40% more performance. The GPU continues to be 4 cores but has been upgraded with a new architecture for a 30% performance boost, but the processor Apple is comparing it to is the A12 instead of the A13, so the performance boost over the iPhone 11 won’t be as noticeable.
