Huawei held its HDC2020 developer conference last week, where it officially unveiled Harmony OS 2.0, EMUI 11, and the latest developments in HMS. However, some attentive netizens found that the promotional image of EMUI 11 shows the words 66W Super Fast Charge, basically confirming the previously reported Mate 40 series support 66W fast charging.

Today, according to Weibo blogger Digital Chat Station, Huawei will launch a mobile power bank to support the fast-charging Mate40 series, the nominal capacity of 12,000mAh, PD protocol to support up to 65W fast-charging, SCP protocol to support up to 66W fast-charging. Besides, the blogger also said that Honor will also launch a mobile power bank that supports 66W fast charging, and that the Honor V40 series will also feature 66W fast charging. It is worth mentioning that the blogger hinted that the Honor V40 series will probably not use the Haith Kirin chip.
For other manufacturers, OPPO has gradually 65W fast charging to the thousand dollar machine, realme previously announced its 125W fast charging technology, while IQOO and Xiaomi have been able to achieve 120W fast charging and mass production.
